▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of voltage-resistant and layering-resistant aluminum-based graphene plate comprises primarily processing roughness of aluminum plate using mechanical polishing, primarily reducing surface roughness of aluminum base, electrochemical processing aluminum plate, cleaning aluminum plate after processing, washing aluminum plate after electrochemical treatment by clean water using ultrasonic cleaning machine, removing residual electrolyte and water on aluminum plate, laminating aluminum plate and graphene fixedly connecting aluminum plate with graphene through prepreg, and coupling aluminum plate and prepreg to improve bonding strength of surface. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing voltage-resistant and layered aluminum-based graphene plate. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes increasing surface roughness, not affect voltage strength, avoids layering between aluminum plate and graphene when temperature changes, and ensures beautiful appearance and surface roughness of aluminum plate.
