NOVELTY - Nylon modified elastomer comprises 50-200 pts. wt. hard segment nylon, 5-40 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 3-30 pts. wt. camphor pine wood fiber, 3-10 pts. wt. functional additive, 35-80 pts. wt. filling oil, 20-70 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. o-hydroxybenzophenone derivative, 1-3 pts. wt. ethylene, 1-3 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 1-3 pts. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate) (antioxidant 1010), 1-3 pts. wt. triethylenediamine and/or 1-3 pts. wt. 2,5-furanone. USE - As nylon modified elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The elastomer has excellent aging resistance, and is reasonable and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified elastomer, involving (a) adding above-mentioned ethylene to form polyethylene, and uniformly mixing polyethylene and o-hydroxybenzophenone derivative to obtain mixture (A), (b) uniformly mixing above-mentioned hard-section nylon, chlorinated butyl rubber, camphor pine wood fiber, filling oil and compatibilizer to obtain mixture (B), (c) adding obtained mixture (B) to reaction tank, setting the temperature to 60-90 degrees C, adjusting rotating speed to 100-130 rpm, adding graphene to reaction tank, and uniformly stirring the mixture for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture (C), (d) adding obtained mixture (A), functional additive, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, pentaerythritol tetrakis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate) (antioxidant 1010), triethylenediamine and 2,5-furanone to reaction tank, adjusting the temperature to 50-60 degrees C, and adjusting rotating speed to 50-80 rpm, adding graphene to reaction tank, and uniformly stirring for 60-120 minutes to obtain mixture (D), and (e) pulling obtained mixture (D) to twin-screw extruder, cooling and pelletizing to obtain masterbatch of nylon modified elastomer, and adding obtained masterbatch to injection molding machine for molding to obtain nylon modified elastomer.
