▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 5-60 wt.% thermal conductive powder, 40-90 wt.% plastic, and 1-5 wt.% additive, where the thermal conductive powder is a physically exfoliated graphene, and the graphene-plastic composite masterbatch is produced by twin-screw extruder. USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is prepared by a simple process, has excellent thermal conduction property and reasonable ratio, is suitable for mass production, and has wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite material, which involves: (A) placing 40-90 pts. wt. plastic masterbatch in a vacuum oven for drying oven at a temperature of 80-110 degrees C for 6-11 hours; (B) adding the dried plastic masterbatch into a twin-screw extruder granulator, and treating at a processing zone temperature of 130-270 degrees C and rotation speed of 700-1000 revolutions per minute (rpm); and (C) adding 5-60 pts. wt. physically exfoliated graphene from first zone, adding 1-5 pts. wt. additive from second zone and third zone respectively according to the weight ratio, and performing mixing, extrusion, and granulation to obtain the final product.
