NOVELTY - Preparing non-fluorine-containing graphene-silicone resin ultra-hydrophobic paint, comprises (i) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide powder and silane coupling agent in solvent D, then filtering and drying the mixture to obtain silylated graphene, and (ii) adding the silylated graphene in the silicone, dispersing uniformly, then adding solvent E and adjusting the viscosity to obtain graphene-silicon slurry. USE - The ultra-hydrophobic paint is useful in fields of waterproof and anti-icing, electric heating, anti-electromagnetic shielding and anti-static. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-hydrophobic paint has excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability, static water drop contact angle greater than 150 degrees and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of non-fluorine-containing graphene-silicone resin ultra-hydrophobic paint in preparing graphene-silicone ultra-hydrophobic paint, comprising applying graphene-silicone resin ultra-hydrophobic paint on the surface of the substrate, heating and solidifying to obtain graphene-silicone ultra-hydrophobic paint.
