NOVELTY - Conductive and wave-absorbing polyphenylene sulfide composite material, comprises 85-95 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 5-10 pts. wt. heat reducing graphene oxide-cobalt-iron oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. nucleating agent. USE - Used as conductive and wave-absorbing polyphenylene sulfide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material establish the conductive and wave-absorbing network in the system, provides a solving way for realizing higher performance and diversification of new-type conductive/wave-absorbing composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) preparing sheet carbonyl iron powder by ball milling method; (ii) dispersing the graphene oxide in de-ionized water, preparing the graphene oxide suspension with concentration of 10 mg/ml, adding sheet carbonyl iron powder into the graphene oxide suspension to prepare graphene oxide coated cobalt ferrite slurry, coating the CoFe2O4slurry with tip ultrasonic room temperature for 20 minutes and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain the premix, freezing and drying the premixed material by liquid nitrogen to obtain the graphene oxide-cobalt-iron oxide aerogel, heating the graphene oxide-cobalt-iron oxide aerogel under the inert gas atmosphere to 1000 degrees C and thermally annealing for 20 minutes to obtain the thermal reduction graphene oxide-cobalt-iron oxide; and (iii) uniformly mixing the heat reducing graphene oxide-cobalt-iron oxide with polyphenylene sulfide, lubricant and nucleating agent, extruding and granulating by double screw.
