▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composition method of a hybrid aluminum-356 metal matrix composite material comprises zirconium oxide, graphene oxide, aluminum alloy, and argon gas. The hybrid composites are prepared by a combined process i.e. stir and ultrasonic assisted squeeze casting process. The composite product quality is high and there is no possibility of blow hole and fabrication cost is low. The method is used for mass scale production and showed improved wear resistance. The composition method has no environmental and operator health issue, and it is easier, simple, economical and requiring few workspaces to installation. USE - The composite material is useful in aviation, military industry, and carendeavors and in solar panel, aerospace, marine, and automotive applications. ADVANTAGE - The composite has high strength and thermal conductivity due to the presence of zirconium oxide and graphene oxide, and high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The composite is easy to operate and less expensive. Fabrication of metal matrix composite is simple, cost-effective, and easy to scale up.
