▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of at least one subphthalocyanine hydride (I) or its regioisomer, as a photo and electroactive compound for the preparation of photovoltaic devices. USE - (I) are useful as a photo and electroactive compound for the preparation of photovoltaic devices comprising an organic solar cell or a solar cell photosensitized by perovskites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) improves the efficiency, the optical properties and the stability of acceptor molecules, and their processability, to be applied as active elements in photovoltaic devices, preferably in organic solar cells and solar cells sensitized by perosvkite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of at least one subphthalocyanine hydride of formula (I) or its regioisomer, as a photo and electroactive compound for the preparation of photovoltaic devices. R1-R12=1-9C alkyl, linear or branched optionally substituted by at least one atom X in any of positions of alkyl chain, 6C aryl optionally substituted by at least one X in any or all of its positions, -SO R13 or -SOR13, H, halo comprising F, Cl, Br or I, -NO , -CN; X=F or Cl; R13=1-9C alkyl (linear or branched, optionally substituted by at least one X in any of positions of alkyl chain); and two contiguous R1-R12=5-membered imidic ring, optionally substituted on N by R14 group; and R14=linear or branched 1-9C alkyl or 6C aryl ( both optionally substituted by at least one X in any position of alkyl chain). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a photovoltaic device comprising (I) as the first photo and electroactive material.
