NOVELTY - The method involves adding graphene oxide to carbon nanotubes. A nitrogen-doped graphite alkene is added to mixed solution. A filtering film is annealed after reduction treatment to obtain a carbon nanotube film material. The carbon nanotubes are filled with graphene oxide solution. Active agent is added with water solution. Dispersing solution is obtained. Iron salt solution is filled in a quartz vessel. An UV lamp is irradiated. USE - High-efficient carbon nano-tube thin film solar cell preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
