USE - Manufacture of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of lithium-ion battery having high quality and conductivity, and excellent cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of lithium-ion battery involves washing nickel sheet or copper or nickel alloy sheet with acetone, alcohol and deionized water for 5-15 minutes, respectively, drying, adding to microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition system, heating to 600-700 degrees C at 1100-1400 watts, adding 1-2 sccm methane, processing for 10-30 minutes at 20-30 Torr, cooling, forming three-dimensional graphene structure, placing resultant product in magnetron sputtering chamber, sputtering using lithium-ion battery electrode material as target, adding 5-15 sccm argon gas at 1-3 mTorr, sputtering for 10-40 minutes and forming battery by assembling resultant electrode material, polypropylene separator, electrolyte comprising ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate in the molar ratio of 1:1:1 and 1 mol/L lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium sheet as reference electrode.
