▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of lithium-ion battery involves washing nickel sheet or copper or nickel alloy sheet with acetone, alcohol and deionized water, respectively, drying, adding to microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition system, heating, adding methane, processing, cooling, placing resultant product in magnetron sputtering chamber, sputtering using lithium-ion battery electrode material as target, adding argon gas, sputtering for 10-40 minutes and forming battery by assembling resultant electrode material, polypropylene separator, electrolyte and lithium sheet as reference electrode. USE - Manufacture of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of lithium-ion battery having high quality and conductivity, and excellent cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of lithium-ion battery involves washing nickel sheet or copper or nickel alloy sheet with acetone, alcohol and deionized water for 5-15 minutes, respectively, drying, adding to microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition system, heating to 600-700 degrees C at 1100-1400 watts, adding 1-2 sccm methane, processing for 10-30 minutes at 20-30 Torr, cooling, forming three-dimensional graphene structure, placing resultant product in magnetron sputtering chamber, sputtering using lithium-ion battery electrode material as target, adding 5-15 sccm argon gas at 1-3 mTorr, sputtering for 10-40 minutes and forming battery by assembling resultant electrode material, polypropylene separator, electrolyte comprising ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate in the molar ratio of 1:1:1 and 1 mol/L lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium sheet as reference electrode.
