▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a tin dioxide/graphene composite material involves mixing tin chloride, expanded graphite, organic solvent and water to obtain a precursor solution, and subjecting the precursor solution into high pressure hydrothermal reaction microwave, and centrifuging, filtering, washing with water and drying to obtain a solid powder. The first heat treatment and second heat treatment are respectively performed to obtain a tin dioxide/graphene composite material. The first heat treatment is carried out at 300-400 degrees C for 30-60 minutes. The second heat treatment is carried out at 500-600 degrees C for 40-50 minutes. USE - Method for preparing a tin dioxide/graphene composite material for lithium ion battery anode material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare tin dioxide/graphene composite material with excellent electrochemical performance in simple, controllable and easy manner.
