NOVELTY - Graphene-silane treating agent comprises 0.8-1.2 wt.% graphene dispersion, 8.3-10.3 wt.% modified nano silicon dioxide, 2.1-3.1 wt.% 3, 3, 3-trifluoropropyl trimethoxy silane, 0.6-0.8 wt.% 3, 3, 3-trifluoropropyl methyl dimethoxy silane, 3-5 wt.% fluorozirconate, 1-2 wt.% lactic acid, 2-3 wt.% citric acid ammonium and water. USE - The agent is useful for treating sand-blasted steel plate, metal surface pre-processing industry, cold rolling plate, galvanized plate, magnesium aluminum plate, and sand blasting steel plate. ADVANTAGE - The agent makes graphene-silane film has better corrosion resistance than the zinc phosphating film, and is metal surface pre-processing chemical agent, and solves the surface of the sand blasting steel plate of the shot blasting and de-rusting grade Sa2.5 level is formed with graphene silane film and washed by water for 3 months, and is not corroded.
