▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Direct manufacture of graphene from anthracite involves (i) pretreating anthracite to obtain a pulverized coal sample, (ii) taking the pulverized coal sample and copper chloride in step (i), mixing and drying after stirring to obtain mixed pulverized coal, (iii) placing the mixed coal powder into the solid-phase shear force chemical reactor, and grinding under dynamic pressure, for every 5 to 10 rounds of grinding, irradiating the mixed coal powder with microwave once, and repeating cycle, (iv) taking the mixed coal powder after each irradiation in step (iii), measuring the resistivity, stopping grinding until the resistivity appears platform, and obtaining the coarse product of coal-based graphene and (v) separating crude graphene product and purifying USE - Direct manufacture of graphene from anthracite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables direct manufacture of graphene from anthracite under mild reaction conditions, without pollution in reaction, with low energy consumption and high yield.
