NOVELTY - Organic potting adhesive, comprises polysiloxane, modified graphene, heat-conducting filler, fluorine-containing vinyl-terminated silicone oil and cross-linking agent, where the modified graphene is amino modified graphene. The cross-linking agent comprises hydrogen-containing silicone oil. USE - The organic potting adhesive is useful in LED encapsulation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: has excellent mechanical and heat conducting property, and improve the hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the organic potting adhesive, comprising (i) sequentially adding the cross-linking agent, inhibitor, heat-conducting filler and modified graphene into the polysiloxane to prepare a first base material, adding catalyst into the fluorine-containing vinyl-terminated silicone oil to prepare second base material, and (ii) mixing the first base material and second base material to obtain the product.
