▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene nanomaterial immobilized protein modified electrode preparing method involves dropping tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene nanocomposite material onto the surface of the ionic liquid carbon paste electrode to obtain a modified electrode, and dropping myoglobin onto the surface of the modified electrode to obtain myoglobin/tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene modified electrode, followed by drying the myoglobin/tin oxide-three-dimensional graphene modified electrode and drop coating with chitosan to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene nanomaterial immobilized protein modified electrode for use as electrochemical biosensor to detect organic small molecular trichloroacetic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method for enables preparing the tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene nanomaterial immobilized protein modified electrode with high detecting sensitivity and strong electric signal, in simple, convenient and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene nanomaterial immobilized protein modified electrode prepared by the method (2) a method for utilization of tin dioxide-three-dimensional graphene nanomaterial immobilized protein modified electrode.
