NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot dispersion involves dissolving glucose in water, adding aqueous ammonia, transferring resultant mixed solution to microwave-resistant non-sealed container, reacting by irradiating using microwave, stirring at low-temperature, removing excess ammonia, purifying resultant mixture using dialysis bag and centrifuging. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot dispersion used for biological imaging and fluorescent probe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot dispersion by simple and economical process with high yield.
