NOVELTY - A graphene content detecting method involves mixing graphene-containing material with an excess amount of acid, performing acidolysis, and acid-decomposing to completely degrade graphene-containing material, adding alkaline matter solution to neutralize until the pH value of the system is neutral to obtain degraded fiber small molecule or acid-base neutralized mixture of salt and graphene, followed by carrying out solution dialysis method for quantitative detection of graphene in textile, and detecting graphene content in textiles represented by the expression as given in the specification.
