NOVELTY - A functionalized graphene oxide-carbon felt composite material preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide solution by improved Hummers method and utilizing as impregnation material, washing the polypropylene cyanocarbon felt with deionized water and drying. The dried polypropylene cyanocarbon felt is placed in concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid mixed solution, heated in a water bath at 80 degrees C for 3 hours, washed with ultrapure water to pH of 7.2 and dried in oven. The dried polypropylene cyanocarbon felt is put in graphene oxide solution, mixed in an ultrasonic instrument, impregnated at room temperature and dried to obtain graphene oxide-impregnated polypropylene cyanocarbon felt. The graphene oxide impregnated polypropylene cyanocarbon felt and ethylenediamine are subjected to amidation reaction under alkaline conditions in a water bath at 90 degrees C, taken out and washed with ultrapure water to pH 7.2 and put in an oven to dry to obtain the finished product.
