ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing solder has high strength, excellent electroconductivity, uniformity and thermal conductivity, and suppressed agglomeration, and can be mass produced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing solder, which involves using pure-tin powder.
