NOVELTY - The device has material grinding tank (1) and grinding medium (2) that are provided with discharge ports that are respectively connected with upper feed inlets of stirring tank (3). Continuously grinding mechanism (4) is comprised with high pressure pump (41), grinding chamber (42), guide ring (43), dispersing impeller (44) and transmission shaft (45). Pump is connected with lower feed inlet of stirring tank. Discharge port of grinding chamber is connected with storage tank (5). Storage tank is connected with centrifugal filtering device (6) which connects with drying device (7). USE - Device for continuously preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The structural defects of the graphene are reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for continuously preparing graphene.
