NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly and energy-saving nano-graphene heating paint, comprises 0.1-5.0 wt.% nano-graphene mixed particle, 20-60 wt.% polymer resin, 30-50 wt.% organic solvent, 5-20 wt.% nano metal oxide, 0.1-2.0 wt.% nano metal, 1-8 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-1.0 wt.% thickener and 0.1-1.0 wt.% curing agent. USE - Environmentally-friendly and energy-saving nano-graphene heating paint for use in construction, cookware and smart wear fields. ADVANTAGE - The volcanic rock is added during the preparation process of graphene, the graphene and the volcanic rock are uniformly mixed and mutually wrapped, thus reducing the square resistance of the coating, and improving the heating speed, hardness, working life and adhesion of the coating. The paint has excellent characteristics of high unit power, excellent adhesion, high hardness, long working life, fast heating speed and uniform heating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of paint, which involves (1) taking polymer resin and organic solvent, raising the temperature, stirring, dispersing at high speed and keeping warm to obtain the resin mixture, (2) weighing nano-metal oxide particles, nano-metal and nano-graphene mixed particles, adding to resin solution obtained in step (1), raising temperature to react, and stirring evenly and (3) adding dispersant, thickener and curing agent, stirring evenly and milling.
