NOVELTY - Preparing water-soluble fluorinated graphene comprises dispersing graphene oxide in de-ionized water to form graphene oxide solution, adding hydrofluoric acid and concentrated nitric acid into graphene oxide solution, reacting at 150-200 degrees C for 5-30 hours, and evaporating to dryness. USE - The method is useful for preparing water-soluble fluorinated grapheme (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical. The water-soluble fluorinated grapheme has good dispersibility.
