NOVELTY - Air electrode comprises catalyst layer including catalyst active ingredient in catalyst layer, where catalytically active ingredient of catalyst layer has aluminum oxide. USE - The air electrode is useful in preparing oxygen scavenging material and refrigerator (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The air electrode has excellent performance, long service life e.g. continuous operation more than 30 days anode will not appear corrosion, far better than 12 days in the existing technology, has better stability, solves the positive electrode is corroded by electrolyte, the charging voltage of the air electrode of the 1.718-1.952V; the power consumption power is reduced by 13-24% compared with the existing air electrode with the active component of manganese dioxide, has adsorption effect, material accumulated in the gap, and can keep physical, and chemical stability.
