▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Compounding lithium-iron-manganese phosphate and graphene comprises (i) preparing raw materials required for composite of lithium-iron-manganese phosphate and graphene comprising lithium-iron-manganese phosphate, graphene oxide, dopamine hydrochloride and sodium hydrosulfite, (ii) composite engineering comprising adding graphene oxide into lithium-iron-manganese phosphate dispersion liquid to be dispersed to form lithium-iron-manganese phosphate-graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (iii) adding dopamine hydrochloride to dispersion liquid for dispersion comprising adding dopamine hydrochloride to inner side of processed complex and dispersing with homogenizing disperser, (iv) adding sodium dithionite, and carrying out reduction reaction for 1 hour, and (v) sintering, compounding and molding by completely reacting, washing with water, then spray-drying, and sintering to obtain lithium-iron-manganese phosphate and graphene composite material in a good composite state. USE - The method is useful for compounding lithium-iron-manganese phosphate and graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of poor compounding effect of reduced graphene added to lithium manganese iron phosphate; deeply compounds the graphene oxide gel with lithium-iron-manganese phosphate; and reduces the gap of lithium-iron-manganese phosphate and graphene.
