NOVELTY - Lubricating oil comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene mixed modified silicone oil, 8-12 pts. wt. grease thickening agent, 3-5 pts. wt. cyclohexane rubber solvent, 1-2 pts. wt. tungsten disulfide, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 6-9 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 4-8 pts. wt. synthetic resin, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. dibenzyl disulfide anti-wear agent, 2-5 pts. wt. thiadiazole derivative deactivator, 0.1-1 pts. wt. anti-oxidation anti-adhesive agent, 2-8 pts. wt. ethylene propylene copolymer viscosity index improver, 3-6 pts. wt. metal ion chelating agent, 1-4 pts. wt. butyl hydroxyanisole antioxidant and 2-4 pts. wt. emulsified silicone oil anti-foaming agent. USE - Lubricating oil for precision mechanical sections. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of lubricating oil involves extracting polytetrafluoroethylene mixed modified silicone oil, and heating at 60-80 degrees C, extracting grease thickener, a cyclohexane peptizer, tungsten disulfide, graphene, chlorinated paraffin, a synthetic resin, and a silane coupling agent mixed with the polytetrafluoroethylene mixed modified silicone oil to mix mixture by using ultrasonic stirring under constant temperature for 20-30 minutes. The ultrasonic frequency is set to 80-100 kilo hertz. The dibenzyl disulfide anti-wear agent, thiadiazole derivative deactivator, anti-oxidation anti-adhesive agent, ethylene propylene copolymer viscosity index improver, metal ion chelating agent, butylated hydroxy anisole antioxidant emulsified silicone oil antifoaming agent are added thoroughly stirring. The mixture is placed in a high pressure homogenizer and homogenized at 35-55 mega Pascal to obtain desired lubricating oil.
