NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene precursor involves taking graphite powder as raw material, placing raw material and excess intercalation agent in deionized water containing dispersant, stirring the mixed solution, and ultrasonically processing the mixed solution to obtain infiltrated graphite powder dispersion liquid, centrifuging the infiltrated graphite powder dispersion liquid and filtering to obtain wet graphite powder, stirring wet graphite powder and sugar material to obtain graphite powder/sugar mixture. USE - Preparation of graphene precursor by exfoliation from internal mixer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene precursor with higher product quality and stability, which avoids the destruction of the graphene structure by the chemical reaction, by environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene precursor involves (1) taking graphite powder as raw material, placing raw material and excess intercalation agent in deionized water containing dispersant, where the mass ratio of raw material, excess intercalation agent, and deionized water containing dispersant is 1:(0.8-2):(5-20), stirring the mixed solution until the raw material is uniformly distributed, and ultrasonically processing the mixed solution with 10-200 kW for 2-30 hours to obtain infiltrated graphite powder dispersion liquid, (2) centrifuging the infiltrated graphite powder dispersion liquid and filtering to obtain wet graphite powder, stirring wet graphite powder and sugar material in mass ratio of 1:(4-20) to obtain graphite powder/sugar mixture, (3) adding graphite powder/sugar mixture to a mixer, cutting and stretching through the mixer, gluing the graphite in a colloidal object, stretching, cutting, and peeling off to obtain graphene/sugar mixture, and (4) washing graphene/sugar mixture obtained in step (3) with deionized water 3-10 times, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene precursor.
