NOVELTY - Dry mixing method of battery electrode material involves supercritical carbon dioxide fluid mixing anode active material, conductive agent and binder to obtain mixed powder. The supercritical carbon dioxide fluid mixing method involves repeatedly gradient pressure mixing supercritical carbon dioxide fluid and anode active material, conductive agent and adhesive. Gradient pressure mixing involves first mixing and second mixing. First mixing is carried out at critical pressure higher than supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. The second mixing is carried out at critical pressure below supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. USE - The method is used for dry mixing battery electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersion uniformity of powder while avoiding use of organic solvent, avoids problem of uneven distribution of components in powder, controls pressure of mixing, and continuously converts carbon dioxide between supercritical fluid gas to improve dispersing effect of component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing battery electrode sheet comprising preparing mixed powder according to dry mixing method, electrostatic spraying mixed powder on surface of current collector and hot-pressing current collector sprayed with mixed powder.
