▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon-coated current collector comprises a current collector and a conductive coating coated on the upper and lower surfaces of the current collector. The thickness of the current collector is 2-18 microns, the thickness of the single-sided conductive coating is 0.05-5 microns, and the thickness of the carbon-coated current collector is 3-20 microns. The conductive coating includes 10-20 pts. wt. conductive agent, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and 1-2 pts. wt. binder. The conductive agent is conductive carbon black, carbon nanotube (CNT), graphene, and/or carbon nanofiber. The binder is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), aqueous polyester resin, aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous polyurethane resin, aqueous acrylonitrile copolymer and aqueous epoxy resin. The material of the current collector is copper foil, aluminum foil, copper-aluminum alloy foil, composite copper current collector, and/or composite aluminum current collector. USE - Used as carbon-coated current collector. ADVANTAGE - The current collector increases the peeling force of the conductive coating from the current 200N/m to 1000N/m, greatly improves the adhesion of the conductive coating and improves the appearance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the carbon-coated current collector.
