NOVELTY - An anti-UV nano-rare earth composite oxide graphene modified emulsified asphalt used for pavement maintenance, comprises main component and auxiliary component. The main component comprises 50-80 wt.% heavy oil asphalt and 20-50 wt.% water. The weight percentages of components of the main component are 100%. The auxiliary component comprises 0.1-1 wt.% nano-rare earth oxide, 0.1-1 wt.% graphene oxide and 1-4 wt.% emulsifier. USE - Anti-UV nano-rare earth composite oxide graphene modified emulsified asphalt used for pavement maintenance. ADVANTAGE - The emulsified asphalt has high anti-UV effect and high weather resistance, and used in high cold and high UV radiation environment.
