NOVELTY - Nitrile latex comprises 3-9 pts. wt. modifier, 5-10 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 100 pts. wt. nitrile latex, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.01-0.04 pt. wt. dispersant and 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. zinc oxide. USE - The nitrile latex is useful for medical examination gloves. ADVANTAGE - The nitrile latex has improved mechanical properties, such as tear resistance, cut resistance, and puncture resistance, and bacteriostasis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nitrile latex, involving (1a) introducing nitrile rubber emulsion, graphene and modifier into a reactor, heating at 25-35 degrees C, stirring and mixing for 2-3 hours, and vacuumizing the reactor, while stirring, and (1b) introducing sulfur, curing agent, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, dispersant and antibacterial agent into the reactor, thoroughly mixing, heating at 40-50 degrees C, and heat-preserving for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the product.
