NOVELTY - Preparation of electrode involves mixing and granulating an active substance, a conductive agent, a solvent, and an adhesive to obtain a mixed particle coating and laminating the mixed particle coating onto a current collector using a film laminating machine with roller number 3 or more than 3. USE - Preparation of electrode for battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, automated (from feeding to output) preparation of electrodes having better porosity, high compaction density, and consistent thickness. The battery comprising the electrode has better discharge capacity under higher current and lower temperature conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the electrode with a compaction density of 1.5-3.0 g/cm3 comprising 0.2-1.0 mm-thick mixed particles coating film.
