NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide comprises slowly adding 9 g potassium permanganate to mixture of low-temperature excess concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid and reacting with 1.5 g graphite flakes; reacting in ice bath for 30 minutes; keeping in oil bath at 50 degrees C for 12 hours; pouring into ice, and adding hydrogen peroxide dropwise to ice to obtain golden yellow solution mixture; and centrifuging, washing, and freeze-drying. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method does not generate poisonous and harmful gas in preparation process, removes high temperature heating stage in preparation process, and avoids generation of unnecessary explosion and dangerous exothermic.
