NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene powder involves preparing flame retardant modifier by reacting dibenzyl phosphoramidate and 1-(2,3-epoxypropyl)-4-tert-butoxycarbonylpiperazine, and then carrying out non-covalent modification on graphene oxide using the flame retardant modifier. USE - Preparation of modified graphene powder used for processing plastic product (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method not only solves the problem of poor dispersion between graphene and polymer due to poor compatibility, but also improves the mechanical property and flame retardance of polymer, and provides high-strength, high-barrier, high-thermal-stability modified graphene powder.
