NOVELTY - Rare earth synergistic flame-retardant polypropylene composite material, comprises 94.0-98.7 wt.% polypropylene, 0.5-2 wt.% halogen-free flame retardant, 0.2-1 wt.% rare earth synergistic agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% flame retardant additive, 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 wt.% lubricant and 0.2-1 wt.% dispersant. USE - The rare earth synergistic flame-retardant polypropylene composite material is useful in preparing rare earth synergistic flame-retardant polypropylene non-woven fabrics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rare earth synergistic flame-retardant polypropylene composite material has excellent flame retardant effect and non-woven fabric product performance; inhibits the combustion of materials and achieves excellent flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rare earth synergistic flame-retardant polypropylene composite material comprising high-speed mixing 94.0-98.7 wt.% polypropylene, 0.5-2 wt.% halogen-free flame retardant, 0.2-1 wt.% rare earth synergistic agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% flame retardant additive, 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 wt.% lubricant and 0.2-1 wt.% dispersant and performing extrusion granulation.
