▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophobic absorbent material based on polyurethane foam comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide, crosslinking agent and fluorine-containing monomer, carrying out the reaction to obtain modified graphene oxide, drying and grinding to obtain hydrophobic graphene oxide powder, (ii) using polyoxypropylene glycol (PPG), xylylene diisocyanate (XDI), and modified graphene oxide as raw materials, and pre-polymerizing to obtain a prepolymer, (iii) adding stannous octoate and 1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene (DBU) as a catalyst, and silicon-carbon chain type L-580 as a stabilizer, adding to a container and stirring and mixing, adding prepolymer at 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 100-200 seconds, and adding distilled water for foaming, and (iv) curing foam. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydrophobic absorbent material based on polyurethane foam. ADVANTAGE - The method: modifies the polyurethane foam with graphene oxide modified with a fluorine-containing monomer. The foam: has high porosity, large specific surface area, interconnected pore structure, and high adsorption efficiency and recyclability.
