▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame retardant foam sole material comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, 50-100 pts. wt. PVC resin, 10-30 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 20-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 30-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 6-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. stearic acid, 9-12 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. colorant and 9-12 pts. wt. talc. The flame retardant includes chlorinated polyethylene, expandable graphite and flame retardant fiber in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-1:2-3. USE - The flame retardant foam sole material is used for shoes. ADVANTAGE - The sole material has good flame retardancy, high rebound rate and strong wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sole material, comprising (S1) stirring PVC resin, chlorinated polyethylene, expandable graphite and plasticizer at high speed at room temperature, and placing in a sealed state at room temperature for 24 hours to obtain plasticized PVC resin, (S2) mixing plasticized PVC resin with EVA resin, compatibilizer, flame retardant fiber, talc, titanium dioxide, colorant, stearic acid and zinc oxide, banbury mixing, adding foaming agent and crosslinking agent, mixing and foaming to obtain a mixture, (S3) thinning the mixture for 3 times at 75-95°C to obtain flakes, (S4) granulating the flakes to obtain pellets with a particle size of 2-4 mm, and (S5) injection moulding the pellets to obtain the sole material.
