▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene single layer whose incident side is provided with a first periodic crystal. An emitting side of the graphene single layer is provided with a second periodic crystal. A defect layer is formed between the graphene single layer and the second periodic crystal. The first periodic crystal is provided with a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer. The second periodic crystal is provided with a third dielectric layer and a fourth dielectric layer. USE - Goos-Hansen displacement based high-sensitivity optical wavelength sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can detect wavelength of the incident light and realize large reflectivity and Goos-Hansen displacement near a topological boundary state.
