NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide composite nanoparticle comprises graphene bridged with titanium dioxide. USE - Titanium dioxide composite nanoparticle used for gas-sensitive material, photocatalytic material or battery material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle has high composite conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of titanium dioxide composite nanoparticle comprising embellishing surface of titanium dioxide microsphere with positive charge, dispersing 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 6-8 pts. wt. water, ultrasonically treating, regulating pH to 3.5-4.5 to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, taking 0.04-0.40 g titanium dioxide microsphere, adding 5-80 mL anhydrous ethanol, adjusting pH to 6.5-7.5, stirring, adding 49-65 mg graphene dispersion liquid, adjusting pH to 5.5-6.5, centrifugally stirring to obtain precipitate, dissolving in 10-30 mL of 60-75% ethanol aqueous solution, hydrothermally reacting at 175-185 degrees C for 15-17 hours and sintering at 395-405 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
