NOVELTY - The preparation method of composite ceramic involves (i) dividing kaolin into two portions, (ii) calcining portion of kaolin to obtain calcined kaolin, (iii) electrolyzing portion of kaolin to obtain electrolytic kaolin, (iv) grinding calcined kaolin, electrolytic kaolin, potassium feldspar, aluminum oxide powder, cordierite and spodumene respectively, sieving, vacuum refining mud, molding, drying and using glaze to obtain bowl blank, and (v) firing bowl blank and naturally cooling to room temperature. The glaze comprises 18 pts. wt. potassium feldspar, 12 pts. wt. glass powder, 14 pts. wt. agate stone, 11 pts. wt. talc, 15 pts. wt. copper oxide, 0.2 pts. wt. graphene, 5 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 10 pts. wt. calcium phosphate and 3 pts. wt. zinc oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite ceramic with thermal shock resistance. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the mechanical property and thermal shock resistance performance.
