NOVELTY - A coating comprises 45-48 pts. wt. organic silicon epoxy resin polymer, 43-46 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 9-12 pts. wt. disproportionated rosin, 23-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 6-9 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 4-6 pts. wt. talcum powder, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. gamma -methacryloyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (KH-570) silane coupling agent, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-salt spray additive, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. defoamer, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 45-48 pts. wt. mixed solvent. USE - A coating for metal machinery surface. ADVANTAGE - Coating has is corrosion -resistant and has high adhesivity and high-temperature resistance and good wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A coating comprises 45-48 pts. wt. organic silicon epoxy resin polymer, 43-46 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 9-12 pts. wt. disproportionated rosin, 23-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 6-9 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 4-6 pts. wt. talcum powder, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. gamma -methacryloyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (KH-570) silane coupling agent, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-salt spray additive, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. defoamer, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 45-48 pts. wt. mixed solvent in which modified graphene is prepared by placing 3-6 pts. wt. graphene and 30-60 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid composite liquid in 65-75 degrees C water bath, mixing, performing 1st ultrasonic dispersion with frequency of 15-20 kHz and power of 600-1000 W for 3.5-4 hours to obtain material A, adding 1x 104-1.5x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting pH to 6.8-7.1, aging for 1.2-2 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material B, adding 40-60 pts. wt. thionyl chloride and 10-13 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting at 75-80 degrees C for 25-28 hours, vacuum distilling for 0.5-1.2 hours, aging for 1-1.5 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material C, adding 20-25 pts. wt. triethylene tetramine, performing 2nd ultrasonic dispersion with frequency of 50-55 kHz and power of 800-1100 W for 2-5 hours, reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 3-5 hours, vacuum distilling for 0.8-1.2 hours, filtering, and drying, and sulfuric acid/nitric acid composite liquid is prepared by mixing 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution:55-60 wt.% nitric acid solution with volume ratio of 4-4.5:1-1.2.
