The substrate is flexible substrate such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate or polyimide. USE - Preparation of graphene film used for flexible optoelectronic device and photovoltaic device. (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene film with increased flexibility and controlled conductivity by simple and economical process.
