NOVELTY - Acid lithium slag-portland cement-silicon ash composition gel material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. Portland cement, 2-5 pts. wt. acid lithium slag, 3-7 pts. wt. silicon ash, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene material, 35-55 pts. wt. iron tailing sand, 10-20 pts. wt. light filler, and lightweight filler is porous structure. USE - Used as acid lithium slag-portland cement-silicon ash composition gel material. ADVANTAGE - The composition gel material: does not use the foaming agent, uses lightweight filler control material and can achieve precise control material density, thus improves the finished product quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing acid lithium slag-portland cement-silicon ash composition gel material, comprising (i) taking 12-35 pts. wt. fly ash, 15-25 pts. wt. sludge, 2-10 pts. wt. oyster, 5-20 pts. wt. clay, 30-50 pts. wt. water and 10-20 pts. wt. fuse foaming particles, uniformly mixing, granulating and sintering to obtain lightweight filler; (ii) mixing the silicate cement and silica fume, grinding into powder, grinding the product to obtain a first powder; (iii) adding acid lithium slag, graphene material, iron tailing sand and grinding to obtain acid lithium slag powder, graphite powder and iron tailing sand powder; (iv) mixing the first grinding product, acid lithium slag powder, graphite powder and the iron tailing sand powder, and grinding the product to obtain the second powder; and (v) uniformly mixing the second grinding product and lightweight filler.
