▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nickel phosphide/fluorinated graphene-PTFE composite comprises polyvinylpyrrolidone, PTFE grafted with 4-aminostyrene and fluorinated graphene supported on the surface with nickel phosphide. USE - The composite is useful in friction and wear, lubrication and sealing, and aerospace fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite: has excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance and water resistance; exhibits good mechanical properties; and is obtained by the method which is simple, easy to control and economical, and is suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nickel phosphide/fluorinated graphene-PTFE composite, comprising mixing iron oxide powder, water and hydrofluoric acid to carry out hydrothermal reaction I to obtain fluorinated graphene powder, mixing the fluorinated graphene powder, nickel chloride, red phosphorus and water to carry out hydrothermal reaction II to obtain fluorinated graphene having surface supported with nickel phosphide, subjecting the PTFE powder to irradiation treatment and grafting with 4-aminostyrene in absolute ethanol to obtain PTFE grafted with 4-aminostyrene, mixing the fluorinated graphene loaded with nickel phosphide on the surface, PTFE grafted with 4-aminostyrene, polyvinylpyrrolidone and absolute ethanol and drying to obtain a mixed powder, and subjecting the mixed powder to cold pressing treatment and heat treatment.
