NOVELTY - A polyethylene water supply pipe comprises inner antibacterial layer and outer polyethylene layer. The inner antibacterial layer comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 20-40 pts. wt. nano-silica, 12-20 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 5-15 pts. wt. talc powder, 8-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 3-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 3-8 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 5-12 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-12 pts. wt. modified polyfluororubber, and 15-30 pts. wt. modified polyacrylic acid. USE - Polyethylene water supply pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe has good mechanical property, improved high pressure resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance by more than 10% compared with the market's silica pipeline, reduced water permeability by more than 5%, and low cost.
