▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A high strength high conductivity graphene-copper composite wire comprises 0.05-0.8 wt.% graphene, less than or equal to 0.1 wt.% impurity element and balance copper. USE - High strength and high conductivity graphene-copper composite wire. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-copper composite wire has tensile strength of 330-480 MPa, elongation rate of 6-20%, conductivity of 95-105% IACS, and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite wire comprising mixing raw materials, compressing in cold isostatic pressing machine at 180-240 MPa for 10-60 minutes, subjecting to three-stage pressure relief process, vacuum sintering to 800-950 degrees C at less than or equal to 3x 10-2 Pa for 1-4 hours, hot extruding to 850-950 degrees C at rate of 10-25, and continuous extruding at speed of 5-10 revolutions/minute and at extrusion ratio of 10-50; and cold drawing at processing rate of 50-80%, adding to vacuum annealing furnace, intermediate heating to 250-400 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, cold drawing the wire rod at processing rate of 60-95%, and subjecting to on-line heat treatment at 250-450 degrees C and at annealing speed of 5-20 meters/minute.
