▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fast pre-processing detection of glimepiride and metformin in blood plasma comprises synthesizing sulfonic acid-modified mesoporous magnetic graphene composite material, where magnetic graphene surface is coated with a layer of mesoporous structure and hole wall is modified with sulfonic acid group and residual silanol group; and mixing composite material with plasma sample, entering glimepiride and metformin small molecule medicine enter into hole, discharging protein biological macromolecule, interacting modified sulfonic acid group on the inner wall of the pore with metformin, interacting remaining silanol groups on the pore walls i with the carbon groups in the glimepiride structure to form hydrogen bond, trapping target molecule in the channel, and eluting target analyte with the elution solvent for liquid phase detection. USE - The method is used for fast pre-processing detection of glimepiride and metformin in blood plasma. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively eliminates the interference caused by the matrix effect, has wide linear range, good recovery rate, and high sensitivity, and can be used in simultaneous detection of concentration of glimepiride and metformin in plasma and in vivo pharmacokinetic analysis.
