NOVELTY - A powder coating comprises 5-6 pts. wt. dicyandiamide, 5-6 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. nickel powder, 10-13 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. polysiloxane, 0.6-1 pts. wt. leveling agent PV99, 1-2 pts. wt. cobalt naphthenate, 1-2 pts. wt. 1-hydroxyethyl 2-oleyl imidazoline, 2-3 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. hydrogen silicone, 1-2 pts. wt. raw butyl rubber, 80-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-22 pts. wt. hydroxyl acrylic resin, 6-8 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. rare earth, 15-18 pts. wt. chitosan and 4-5 pts. wt. PVC. USE - Powder coating for metal sheet. ADVANTAGE - The powder coating has high intensity, high corrosion resistance, excellent water resistance, weather resistance and storage property, has prolonged service life time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of powder coating, which involves adding n-hexane in butyl gum for 10-12 times, adding graphene and antimony trioxide, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining dispersed homogeneous mixture of dispersed liquid, adding precipitated calcium carbonate and nickel powder, stirring, heating to evaporate the solvent, drying, crushing into powder, dissolving chitosan in 85% acetic acid solution, magnetically stirring to 6-10% chitosan solution, dissolving 8-10% aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution, heating at 80-85 degrees C, adding chitosan solution to aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol, adding the product prepared by ultrasonic dispersion, mixing phenolic resin and mixed rare earth, heating, stirring for 10-15 minutes, maintaining constant temperature of 80-85 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, heating for 3-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, dissolving 75% ethanol to a concentration 10-12% phenol solution, evenly mixing the product, carrying out electrostatic spinning to obtain composite fiber, adding epoxy resin, hydroxyl acrylic resin and dicyandiamide into high speed mixer, stirring the remaining raw materials, mixing, pulverizing into powder of 100 mesh, continuously stirring in a high-speed machine, preheating the mixed material at 70-80 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, pulverizing into powder to a particle size of 20-35 mu m, weighing and packing.
