▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves respectively adsorbing the conductive fiber bundles on negative electrode slurry and positive electrode slurry of lithium battery to obtain negative electrode of conductive fiber bundle and positive electrode of conductive fiber bundle. The solvent is dried and removed to obtain a woven fiber bundle negative electrode and a woven fiber bundle positive electrode with a nanoporous membrane structure on surface. The braided fiber bundle negative electrode is taken as braided wire, so as to form negative electrode of elastic lithium battery. The weaving process is adjusted, so as to weave skin electrode on surface of negative electrode of the elastic lithium battery with positive electrode of weaving fiber bundle. The negative electrode of elastic lithium battery is immersed in electrolyte to obtain an elastic lithium battery structure with a nanofiber porous diaphragm. The coating process is adopted for packaging to obtain a flexible lithium battery. USE - Preparation method for braided structure elastic lithium battery applied to mobile phone, digital camera, notebook computer and other small portable electronic product, and used in the wireless communication device and micro-chip even military defense device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the knitted structure elastic lithium battery with better elastic performance, better electrochemical performance and large-scale production and use. The positive and negative electrode matrix materials used in the present invention are cheap, which greatly reduces the preparation cost. The preparation method is simple, and is knitted by machine, which is beneficial to large-scale production, and has very good application prospects. The positive and negative electrode materials of the nanoporous membrane conductive fiber bundle are used as the braided wire, the elastomer thread is used as the core, and a braiding machine is used to obtain an elastic lithium battery with a highly flexible braided structure.
