NOVELTY - Manufacture of chitosan/graphene oxide/nano-hydroxyapatite three-dimensional porous composite scaffold material involves mixing carboxylated graphene oxide and water, dispersing, mixing resultant with 1-ethyl-(dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide, obtaining carboxyl-activated carboxylated graphene oxide, adding dilute acetic acid to hydroxyapatite, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining nano-hydroxyapatite suspension, adding chitosan powder, stirring, adding carboxyl-activated carboxylated graphene oxide, mixing and drying. USE - Manufacture of chitosan/graphene oxide/nano-hydroxyapatite three-dimensional porous composite scaffold material used for repairing bone tissue damage. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of chitosan/graphene oxide/nano-hydroxyapatite three-dimensional porous composite scaffold material having excellent mechanical properties and bioactivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of chitosan/graphene oxide/nano-hydroxyapatite three-dimensional porous composite scaffold material involves mixing carboxylated graphene oxide and water in mass ratio of 1.5-30:10, ultrasonically dispersing, mixing resultant with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide in mass ratio of 1.5-30:19.7-59.1:23-69, stirring for 1 hour, obtaining carboxyl-activated carboxylated graphene oxide, adding dilute acetic acid to hydroxyapatite, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining nano-hydroxyapatite suspension, adding 15-60 mg chitosan powder, stirring, adding carboxyl-activated carboxylated graphene oxide, mixing and freeze-drying.
