NOVELTY - Grease comprises 80-100 pts. wt. base oil, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon black , 8-16 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. stearic acid, 10-16 pts. wt. graphite fluoride, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium sulfonate, 5-6 pts. wt. diethyl phosphite, and 5-9 pts. wt. polysulfide. USE - The grease is useful for high-speed gear box. ADVANTAGE - The grease has high temperature resistant and conductivity (claimed), viscosity, and high durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing grease, comprising (i) adding diethyl phosphite, stearic acid and fluorinated graphite in the reaction kettle, stirring and heating at 50-60 degrees C for 10 minutes ; (ii) adding the mixture into the base oil in the step (i), heating at 80-90 degrees C to evenly distribute the mixture; (iii) adding the mixture in turn into the graphene and high alkali calcium sulfonate, stirring, heating at 100-130 degrees C; (iv) adding carbon black in step (iii), heating continuously at 140-150 degrees C for 30 minutes to distribute the carbon black uniformly in the mixture; (v) mixing the with zinc oxide and polysulfide, stirring and heating to 180-190 degrees C, then stirring naturally to 40 degrees C; and (vi) homogenizing after degassing.
