▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Penicillin-binding protein (PBP)-1A affinity beta -lactam antibiotic electrochemical biological sensor comprises glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, where surface of the working electrode is modified by graphene, penicillin G and Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer). USE - The electrochemical biological sensor is used for determining concentration of beta -lactam antibiotics in a sample (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical biological sensor has high sensitivity, fast detection speed, low detection limit, and high efficiency and is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for producing the sensor; and (2) method of using the sensor for determining concentration of beta -lactam antibiotics in a sample.
